摘要
目的 探索一种简单、敏感、特异和成本低的HIV-1亚型亚型测定方法。方法 采用改良的异源双链泳动法(HMA)与DNA序列分析法对14份HIV-1抗体阳性者样本进行亚型测定、分析和比较。结果 用HMA改良法明确测定了14份样本中的13份样本的亚型。在14份样本中对13份样本进行DNA序列分析有12份的结果与HMA的相符,符合率达92.3％。结论 改良的HMA测序法是一种简单、敏感、特异和经济的HIV-1亚型测定方法,可在广大的基层单位推广应用。
To explore an approach with simple, sensitive, specific and economic features in confirming HIV - 1 subtype. Methods By means of the modified heteroduplex mobility assay(HMA) and the routine DNA sequence analysis, the subtypes of 14 blood samples with HIV - 1 sera - positive were determined and analyzed and compared. Results Of 14 blood samples, 13 ones could be determined to be which subtype they were by HMA. 12 of 13 samples sequenced by DNA sequence analysis were conformed to those delermined by the modified HMA, with a conformable proportion, 92.3% . Conclusion The modified HMA, being simple, sensitive, specific and ecnomic, can be applied to the basic levels of the health sections in China
