摘要
鉴于气这一概念的歧义性 ,系统地探讨了气与阴阳的关系以及脏腑之气、气血之气、气、阳、火、真气、正气、胃气、元气、宗气、营气、卫气、气脱、气厥、亡阳等概念 ,并逐一予以明确和甄别。认为 :气包括阴阳 ;脏腑之气包括脏腑的阴阳两个方面 ;气血之气系指“气机”之气 ;气既是物质、又是动力 ,而阳则不具物质性 ;真气合先、后天精气而成 ,正气即真气 ;胃气具广狭二义 ,广义指真气 ,狭义指胃的功能等。
Based on the concept-qi's being open to a variety of meanings,the relationship between qi and yin yang and qi of viscera,qi of qi and blood,qi ,yang,fire,genuine qi,vital qi,qi of the stomach,inborn qi,pectoral qi,nourishing qi,defending qi,exhaustion of qi,qi jue,etc-these concepts are systematically discussed and defined and differentiated here.It's concluded:Qi includes yin and yang;Qi of viscera includes yin and yang of viscera;Qi of qi and blood concerns qi of the mechanism of qi;Qi is a substance and motive,while yang is not substantial;Genuine qi is formed by integrating congenital and acquired essences;Vital qi is just the genuine qi;Qi of the stomach has a broad meaning,that's genuine qi,its narrow meaning is the function of the stomach,etc.
