摘要
观察热敷加生理盐水冲洗和单纯生理盐水冲洗两种防护措施对常用化疗药物环磷酰胺 (CTX)、长春新碱(VCR)、阿糖胞苷 (Ara -c)、5 -氟尿嘧啶 (5 -Fu)、柔红霉素 (DNR )、甲氨蝶呤(MTX)致兔耳缘静脉损伤的保护作用。结果显示 :两组防护措施对急性反应作用较明显 ,表现为炎症细胞减少、血管内皮细胞肿胀减轻等。对慢性损伤作用不明显。
Both fomentation plus normal saline douche and normal saline douche as protective measures, their protective effects to rabbit auricular vein injuries induced by some chemotherapeutic drugs ( such as CTX, VCR, 5-Fu, Ara-c, DNR and MTX ) were observed. Results showed that the protective measures in both groups had good effects on acute reaction. It manifested as inflammatory cells decreased, endothelial cells less swelling etc. But the protective measures had no marked effects on chronic injuries. Indicated that the protective measures in both groups had protective effects on rabbits auricular vein injuries induced by the chemotherapeutic drugs.
