摘要
目的 探讨胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用价值。方法 选择经胶原酶溶解术治疗并随访半年以上的腰椎间盘突出症 2 0 0例及CT复查的 34例进行疗效分析。结果 临床总有效率 93.5 % ,优良率 82 % ,无效率 6 .5 % ;CT复查 ,溶解有效率 85 .2 9% ,无效率 14.71%。结论 胶原酶溶解术治疗椎间盘突出症是有效率高、安全简便、无创伤、无痛苦、无明显毒副反应的新技术。
Objectives To explore applied value of collagenolysis for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Analysis the effection of 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent collagenolysis and followed up over 6 months.34 patients were reexamined by CT.Results The total effective rate rate is 93.5% and the rate of excellent and good results is 82%.The efective rate of 34 patient re-examined by CT is 85.29% and no effective rate is 14.71%.Conclusions collagenolysis is a safe,simple,effective new procedure for treating Lumbar Disc Herniation
