摘要
大学自治是现代大学赖以生存的灵魂,是办好大学内在逻辑的根本要求。坚持大学自治,学术自由,必须完善现代大学制度,切实把握大学自治的基本内涵,明确大学自治的法律保障,加强大学自律,强化责任意识,实行法人负责制,落实大学办学自主权,扩大大学管理权利,捍卫大学的学术自由,切实推进大学去行政化。
University autonomy is the soul of modern university on which universities depend to survive, and the requirements of the internal logic to run universities . Insisting on university autonomy and academic freedom, we must improve the modern university system, effectively grasp the basic connotation of university autonomy, be clear about legal guarantee of university autonomy, strengthen self-discipline of university, and strengthen responsibility consciousness. Besides, we should execute the corporate responsibility system, implement the school-running autonomy of university, expand college management rights , defend university academic freedom and promote the university to the administrative.
