摘要
目的 对动物颊囊癌变过程中的血管生成规律进行形态学的动态研究。方法 采用DMBA诱导的金黄地鼠颊囊癌变动物模型、树脂血管灌注及墨汁血管灌注检测癌变时的血管生成情况。结果 癌前病变及癌变期内均存在血管生成现象,并存在着随病变恶性程度增加,血管异常生成明显增加的规律。结论 血管异常生成及其严重程度与白斑癌变有关。
Objectives To study the morphology of angiogenesis of cheek pouch carcinoma dynamically. methods DMBA induced golden hamster cheek pouch carcinogenesis model, Resin vascular cast and prepared Chinese ink injection were used in this study to detect the angiogenesis of carcinogenesis. Results The phenomenon of angiogenesis existed in premalignant period and carcinogenesis, Abnormal angiogenesis remarkbly increased with the malignant degree of pathological changes ascending. Conclusions It was identified that angiogenesis was correlated with carcinogenesis.
