摘要
目的 了解造釉细胞瘤复发的相关因素。方法 对颌骨内复发性造釉细胞瘤进行回顾性分析。结果 放射线表现为单囊、术前诊断为“囊肿”、保守的手术方法与造釉细胞瘤的复发有关。结论 术前明确临床分类和病理分型是降低复发率。
This study reviewed 23 patients with recurrent ameloblastomas of the mandible and maxillary, and found: there are three factors have a direct bearing on recurrences of ameloblastomas. They are ①appear as a single cystic lesion radiologically, and ②be biagnosed clinically as “cysts” before initial treatment, and ③conservaive treatment. Author concludes that it is important to pay attention to type clinically and pathologically before initial operation.
