摘要
目的 探讨酶类和氧自由基在齿龈内阿米巴(Entamoebagingivalis,Eg)致牙周炎中的作用。方法 以自然流滴法分别收集感染Eg的牙周炎患者、无感染Eg的牙周炎患者及健康对照者三组的唾液,用生化方法检测唾液中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和过氧化脂质产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果 有、无感染Eg的牙周炎两组的SOD活性均低于正常组(P<0.05);感染Eg的牙周炎组的ACP活性与MDA含量均高于无感染Eg的牙周炎组和正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01);CAT活性在三组间无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论 ACP和氧自由基破坏细胞膜及膜性细胞器,使宿主齿龈局部的上皮细胞受损为Eg致牙周炎的致病机制之一。
Objective To explore the roles of enzymes and oxygen free radicals in periodontitis induced by Entamoeba gingivalis(Eg). Methods The subjects were divided into three groups: 13 patients with periodontitis induced by Eg ,9 patients with periotontitis who hadn't been infected with Eg, 9 healthy persons as the control group. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)、acid phosphatase (ACP) and catalase (CAT) and content of maldondialdehyde (MDA) in saliva were detected individully with biochemical methods. Results Statistical analyses of the data showed: The SOD activity in patients with periodontitis induced or not by Eg was lower than the control group; The ACP activity and MDA level in patients with periodontitis induced by Eg were higher than the other two groups; There were no difference in the CAT activity among three groups. Conclusion It is one of the pathogenetic mechanisms of periodontitis induced by Eg that ACP and oxygen free radicals destroy the plasmalemma and membranous organelles, which hurt the host's epithelial cells in gingival tissue.
