摘要
针对医学生成才的重要阶段——毕业实习的质量有所下降,分析影响毕业实习质量的因素,主要有:1由于第三轮转时“双选”的冲击,使实习时间实际上大打折扣;2现行的考试方式方法不利于体现实习的真实情况,不利于培养医学生的临床思维和提高临床技能;3部分年青医师在带教过程中的作用不理想。针对上述原因,应该采取以下措施:1调整实习安排,从四年级下学期(春节后)开始实习,到第二年春节前(双选前)圆满完成实习,保证毕业实习有足够的时间。2改革临床考试方式,突出考核实习生的临床思维和临床技能的状况,有效发挥考试的“指挥棒”的作用,切实提高医学生的临床工作能力。3加大对年青医师的教育和培养力度,创设促进年青临床医师成才的氛围,提高他们教书育人的素质。
The quality of student′s residency in graduation is decreasing recent years.The author proposes the main factors,which affect the student′s residency quality:1.'Finding job by two-sides'decreases the time of student′s residency,2.Current examination pattern does not reflect real residency situation,3.The teaching team′s function is unsatisfactory.The author suggests 1. To adjust the time for residency,ensure the students have enough time in residency,2.To reform clinic examination,show the clinic thinking and skill,improve students′clinic ability,3.To strengthen training of trainer,upgrade teaching quality.
