摘要
目的提高对外医疗服务手术患者核查的准确率，保障手术安全。方法在陆地医院手术患者核查表的基础上，结合国外相应的医疗和语言背景，制定中英文和中西文“医院船手术患者核查表”。结果165例手术中，核查出患者姓名不符3例，手术部位不符1例。发生2例核查错误。结论《医院船手术患者核查表》细化了英语和西班牙语的手术核查内容，有效保障手术安全，降低手术风险，提高手术护理质量。
Objective To improve the accuracy of checking surgical patients with the external medical services in order to ensure the operation safely. Methods Based on the checklist with the surgical patients in land hospital, and combined with the corresponding medical and foreign language background, the development of ＂hospital ship surgical patient checklist＂ in Chinese-English and Chinese-Spanish language were completed. Results Among the 165 surgery cases, 3 cases were checked out for name mismatched, and 1 case that the surgical site did not matched. In addition, verification errors occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion ＂hospital ship surgical patient checklist＂ refined surgical verification contents in English and Spanish, protected surgical safety effectively, reduced the operation risk with patients, and improved the quality of surgical care.
