莞惠城际轨道隧道监测及隧道稳定性分析

摘要 监控量测是保证软土地区浅埋暗挖隧道施工安全的重要手段。结合莞惠城际快速轨道交通项目的实际工程,对隧道现场监测、监测数据处理及隧道稳定性做了一些分析,得出以下结论:1)利用多种监测手段,综合分析各种监测结果,可以为隧道信息化施工提供合理依据。2)隧道穿越构筑物下方时,采用全断面注浆措施及超前注浆小导管对地层进行补强注浆,同时拱部120°范围采用长管棚加强超前预支护,可以有效控制软土地区浅埋暗挖隧道上方构筑物的沉降。3)Ⅵ级围岩中的浅埋隧道变形收敛需要较长的时间,该段隧道变形量大概在3个月左右达到总变形量的80%,变形趋于稳定,也有部分测点的变形不能趋于稳定。 Monitoring measurement is an important mean to ensure construction safety of shallow tunnels in soft soil area. Field monitoring, monitoring data processing and tunnel stability are analyzed with Guanhui intercity rapid transit project as background. The conclusions drawn are as follow: 1)Using a variety of monitoring means and comprehensive analysis of various monitoring results can be used to afford reasonable basis in turmel information construction.2)The settlement of superstructure above shallow tunnels in soft soil area can be effectively controlled by these measures such as full-sectional grouting, advance ductile grouting and surface pregrouting and leading steel pipelineshed previous timbering technology between 120° oftunnel arch when the tunnel passing through the superstructure. 3)Tunnel deformation tending to be stable requires the long time in the surrounding rock ofcategory-VI .The deformation of this tunnel achieves 80 percentages of the total deformation after the tunnel be excavated for about three months. In addition, there are also some deformation of the measuringpoint can not be stabilized.
