摘要
目的 以丈夫无乙型肝炎病毒(HBV) 感染标志的4 例女性携带者与妻子无HBV 感染标志的6 例男性携带者及子宫内感染HBV 的胎儿为对象,研究子宫内传播中HBVS区的变异。方法 以双脱氧链末端终止法检测母儿、父儿所携HBVS区451 ~660 位核苷酸序列。结果 母儿、父儿间同源性98% ~100 % ,检出491 、494 、530、546、581 位点变异致使113 、114 、126 、131、143 位氨基酸替代,其中126、131 、143 位氨基酸变异为多。结论 子宫内传播的HBV
Objective To study S gene mutations in 4 female and 6 male hepatitis B rirus (HBV) carriers, whose spouses were negative for hepatitis B virus marker, and 10 fetus infected HBV in the womb. Methods S gene sequences of nt451~660 of HBV in mother/fetus pairs as well as in father/fetus pairs were directly sequenced. Results The homology of HBV nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence in mother/fetus pairs or father/fetus pairs were 98%~100%. The mutation of 491、494、530、546 and 581 nucleotide of S gene caused 113、114、126、131 and 143 amino acid residue substitutions. 126、131 and 143 variants were most common. Conclusion S gene mutation is present in HBV vertical transmission in the womb.
