摘要
分析了重庆粮食生产的科技潜力,针对当前科技兴粮面临的三大难题,提出应通过推进"三个科技工程"(粮食科技创新工程、粮食科技示范工程和农技体系振兴工程),强化重庆粮食安全的科技支撑。
