摘要
目的优化黄白痤疮膏的制备工艺。方法选用成年雄性金黄地鼠侧腹部皮脂腺斑作为实验模型,随机分成3组,分别采用粉末制软膏、流浸膏制软膏、空白对照软膏涂敷皮脂腺斑30d,观察皮脂腺斑大小的变化。结果 2种黄白痤疮膏跟空白软膏相比,金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑明显缩小,有显著性差异(P<0.01);而流浸膏制黄白痤疮膏与粉末制黄白痤疮膏相比,作用更强,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 2种前处理工艺制备的黄白痤疮膏均有较好疗效,其中流浸膏制比粉末制疗效更佳,涂展性也更好。
Objective To optimize the preparation method for Huangbai acne ointment. Methods Golden hamsters,as animal model for the test,were randomly divided into 3 groups.Powder preparation ointment,liquid extract preparation ointment,and blank ointment for external application were used respectively on the gland spot of golden hamster side stomach for 30 d,and the size of gland spot was observed. Results Compared with blank ointment,powder preparation ointment and liquid extract preparation ointment obviously reduced the area of gland spot（P0.01）.Liquid extract preparation ointment had better effect on the gland spot than powder preparation ointment（P0.05）. Conclusion Both pretreatments for preparation of Huangbai acne have good effect.Liquid extract preparation has better effect as well as proper ductility than powder preparation.
