摘要
目的观察调神通络针法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血脂代谢的影响。方法将116例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(调神通络针法)和对照组(传统针刺),观察两组疗效及血脂变化。结果治疗4星期后,两组均能明显改善脑梗死患者的症状和体征,促进神经功能缺损及病残程度的恢复。治疗组显效率达85.0%,明显优于对照组73.2%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),无明显不良反应。治疗组对TC及HDL具有明显改善作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论调神通络针法能明显改善脑梗死症状和血脂紊乱状态,是治疗急性脑梗死安全有效的一种手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mind-regulating and meridian-unblocking acupuncture and its effect on blood lipids in treating cerebral infarction.Method One hundred and sixteen patients with cerebral infarction were randomly allocated to treatment（mind-regulating and meridian-unblocking acupuncture） and control（conventional acupuncture） groups.The therapeutic effect and changes in blood lipids were observed in the two groups.Result The symptoms and signs improved significantly and recovery from neural deficits and physical disabilities was promoted in both groups of cerebral infarction patients after 4 weeks of treatment.The marked efficacy rate was 85.0% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 73.2% in the control group.The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group.After treatment,blood lipid levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusions Mind-regulating and meridian-unblocking acupuncture can markedly improve the symptoms of and blood lipid metabolic disturbance in cerebral infarction.It is a safe,effective and convenient way to treat acute cerebral infarction.
