摘要
目的减少妊娠高血压疾病孕妇产前检查失约、失访现象,保障母婴健康和安全。方法对398例妊娠高血压疾病孕妇进行孕期全过程系统管理和追访,对失约者进行电话访问和家庭访视,了解失约的原因,采取相应的护理措施。结果 398例妊娠高血压疾病孕妇有失约行为的113例,占28.4%。在113例失约者中,有86例被追访到后,能按时到院做产前检查,27例未能联系上的孕妇上报高危孕妇管理中心,由相关人员进行追访。371例妊娠高血压疾病孕妇全部住院分娩,发生子痫前期2例,子痫1例,未发生孕产妇及围产儿死亡。结论妊娠高血压疾病孕妇中失约发生率较高。在产检门诊中,针对孕妇失约的原因,严格执行高危孕妇系统管理制度,并采取相对的护理措施,提高妊娠高血压疾病孕妇对产前检查的依从性,降低重度妊娠高血压疾病的发生和发展,从而提高孕产妇系统保健管理的质量。
Objective Reducing the phenomenon of breaking a promise and loss to follow-up when pregnant women of pregnancy hypertensive disease attend the prenatal examination, protecting health and safety of mother and her child. Methods 398 cases of pregnant women of pregnancy hypertensive disease are for the whole process of system administration and tracking and visiting during pregnancy ,for the pregnant women of breaking a promise, telephone them and go to their home to visit them, understand their reasons for breaking a promise, take appropriate care measures. Results In 398 cases there are 113 cases of pregnant women of pregnancy hypertensive disease to have the behavior of breaking a promise, it is 28.4%.Among 113 cases of the pregnant women of breaking a promise, 86 cases of the pregnant women of breaking a promise can get to a prenatal examination on time after tracking and visiting them, 27 cases of pregnant women that we could not contact are reported to the high risk pregnant women management center, they will be tracked and visited by the relevant personnel. Each of 371 cases of pregnant women of pregnancy hypertensive disease had a delivery at hospital, 2 cases of preeclampsia, 1 cases of eclampsia, the maternal and perinatal deaths did not occur. Conclusion Rate of breaking a promise in pregnant women of pregnancy hypertensive disease is higher. When they come to check out, according to their reasons of breaking a promise, implementing the high risk of pregnant women management system strictly, and taking relative nursing measures to improve the compliance to prenatal examination of pregnant women of pregnancy hypertensive disease, reduce the occurrence and development of severe pregnancy hypertensive disease, thereby enhancing the quality of the management system of maternal health care.
