摘要
目的探讨腹部精原细胞瘤的CT特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法对4例经病理证实的腹部精原细胞瘤,采用螺旋CT平扫加增强的方式进行扫描。结果 4例均为软组织实性肿块,肿块内部密度均匀,增强扫描呈不均匀轻至中等程度强化,肿块长轴与睾丸下行的路径一致,一侧阴囊空虚。结论腹部精原细胞瘤的CT征象具有一定的特征性,尤其是合并隐睾者,更具诊断该病的诊断价值。
Objective To study the CT characteristics of adomen seminoma. Methods Plain and contrat-enhanced CT scanning was performed in 4 patients with pathologically proved siminoma.Results All 4 patiets was parenchyma tumour, all cases showed desity is uniformity, mild-moderate enhancement,the long axis of the masses was always consistent with the regular descending course of embryonic testes,one scrotum is empty. Conclusion There were some considerably specific CT characteristics of adomen seminoma ,especially with cryptorchidism.
