地塞米松棕榈酸酯的合成工艺改进

摘要 目的优化地塞米松棕榈酸酯的合成工艺。方法以四氢呋喃为溶剂,室温下地塞米松与棕榈酰氯进行酰化反应,所得物采用丙酮-异丙醇重结晶得目标化合物。结果优化了地塞米松棕榈酸酯的合成工艺,产品纯度99%以上,收率达到了80%;目标化合物结构经MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、IR确证。结论该方法反应条件温和,产品纯度较高,适合工业化生产。
