摘要
胃肠道问质瘤(gastrointe stinals tromalturnour.GIST)是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,被认为起源于肠道蠕动的起搏细胞——Cajal细胞。GIST可发生于食管至肛门的任何部位,极少数可原发于肝脏、附睾、阴道等部位。KIT和PDGFRA的功能性突变是GIST形成的关键因素,其突变可使相应受体及下游的信号通路形成非配体依赖性激活,从而导致细胞周期失控、
