代森锰锌对土壤酶活性的影响探讨 被引量:1

摘要 通过实验室模拟培养试验,研究了0、0.15、1.5、5mg·kg-1的代森锰锌对济南(褐土)、菏泽(潮土)、烟台(棕壤)不同地区土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同浓度代森锰锌对土壤酶活性的影响有显著差异。0.15mg·kg-1低浓度代森锰锌可以激活土壤中脲酶和过氧化氢酶的活性,而1.5、5mg·kg-1高浓度代森锰锌对脲酶和过氧化氢酶有抑制作用,并且浓度越高,抑制作用越大;但在培养后期代森锰锌影响作用逐渐减弱,28d时基本恢复到对照水平。 An incubation experiment was conducted to study the effects of Mancozeb of 0, 0.15, 1.5, and 5 mg·kg-1dry soil in different regions of Jinan (cinnamonic soil), Heze ( moisture soil), Yantai (Brown soil ) on soil enzymes activities.The results indicate that there are significant differences among the effects of Mancozeb on soil enzymes activities.Urease and catalase activities are slightly stimulated by low concentration of Mancozeb of 0.15 mg·kg-1, but are strongly inhibited by high concentration of Mancozeb of 1.5 and 5 mg·kg-1,and the higher the concentration of Mancozeb is, the greater inhibition is.However ,stimulation and inhibition are gradually decreased at the end of incubation experiment , and restored at the control level in the 28th day after treatment.
