滋肾填精方治疗卵巢功能低下临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的为进一步探讨了解滋肾填精方治疗卵巢功能低下取得的临床疗效。方法以我院在2008年12月至2011年5月期间收治的86例卵巢功能低下患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。将所有的患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组各43例,治疗组中给予患者中药滋肾填精方,对照组中给予患者知柏地黄汤,两组均以3个月为1个疗程,观察两组患者取得的疗效。结果两组患者在治疗前后的临床表现症状和FSH、FSH/LH、E2性水平均得到了明显的改善,且治疗组的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后的患者的卵巢体积无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肾填精方治疗卵巢功能低下可以取得满意的疗效。
