双层螺旋CT MPR MIP 3D成像在颌面部骨折中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT在颌面部骨折中的临床价值。方法分析16例颌面部骨折的轴位、MPR(多平面重组)MIP(最大密度投影)3D(三维重建)的CT表现。结果 MPRMIP3D对颌面部骨折有很好的显示。结论 MPRMIP3D对轴位CT有很大补充,对复杂颌面骨折的术前指导有重要的临床意义。 Objective To evaluate spiral CT in the maxillofacial fractures in the clinical value.Methods Analysis of 16 cases of maxillofacial fractures of axial,MPR(MPR) MIP(maximum intensity projection) 3D(three-dimensional reconstruction) of the CT.Results MPR MIP 3D for maxillofacial fractures have a good show.Conclusion MPR MIP 3D on axial CT are very complementary,complex maxillofacial fractures preoperative instruction has important clinical significance.
