摘要
目的:探讨肛肠外科手术患者的整体护理。方法:对2010年435例手术进行围手术期的整体护理及出院指导。结果:II类切口甲级、乙级、丙级愈合各325例、10例、2例,III类切口甲级、乙级、丙级愈合各73例、22例、3例。手术部位感染率3.45%,切口分泌物送检率86.67%。结论:提高整体护理质量,降低手术部位感染率。
Objective：To investigate the patient＇s overall care of anorectal surgery. Methods：Surgical perioperative care and the overall discharge guidance of 435 cases patients in 2010. Results：The patients of grade A, B, C healing in Class II wound are respectively 325 eases, 10 cases, 2 cases. Class III incision Category A, B, C healing are respectively 73 cases, 22 cases ,3 cases. Surgical site infection rate accounting for 3.45%, wound secretions submission rate accounting for 86.67%. Conclusion：We should improve the overall quality of care by reducing the surgical site infection rates.
