摘要
目的观察混合痔进行外剥内扎术后服用麻仁软胶囊和迈之灵治疗便秘、肿痛和水肿的疗效。方法将97例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组47例。两组均采用外剥内扎术,治疗组在术后分别服用麻仁软胶囊和迈之灵片。对照组仅术后服用迈之灵片。连续用药10d,观察两组患者在用药3、7、10d大便肿痛、便血和肛门水肿的评分情况。结果治疗组术后第七天和十天,大便疼痛症状评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时第三、七和十天,治疗组便血和肛门水肿的情况都明显好转,评分都比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后服用麻仁软胶囊和迈之灵能治疗便秘,肿痛和水肿,疗效显著,优于单独服用迈之灵片,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To explore clinical efficacy of taking Maren soft capsules and aescuven forte after the operation for treating mixed hemorrhoids in constipation, sore and swelling. METHODS 97 cases of patients with stripping outside and pricking inside plastic operation were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group （n = 47） received no therapy except conventional treatment with aescuven forte. Treatment group （n = 50） took Maren soft capsules and aescuven forte after the operation for treating mixed hemorrhoids. It lasted ten days, we will evaluate shit sore, hematochezia and anus swelling of patients with taking medicine in 3,7 and 10 days. RESULTS In the 7 and 10 days, the score on shit sore of treatment group was belower than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. And the score on hematochezia and anus swelling of treatment group was belower than the control group in the 3, 7 and 10 days, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION The clinical efficacy of taking Maren soft capsules and aescuven forte after the operation for treating mixed hemorrhoids in constipation, sore and swelling is better than aescuven forte, so it＇s worthy of clinic application.
