管理行为策略对员工变革态度的影响:LMX的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 讨论了管理行为策略对成员抵制变革的态度和变革成效的影响,以及领导成员交换关系(LMX)在这种影响中的调节作用。通过对246份有效问卷的数据分析发现:组织变革管理行为策略能解释相当一部分成员抵制变革的态度和变革成效的变异。当LMX在较低水平时,随着迎合策略使用程度的增加,抵制变革的态度愈加明显;当LMX处于较高水平时,交易策略和个人请求策略使用程度的增加将显著地提升变革成效。研究结果对企业变革管理实践具有一定借鉴意义。
