摘要
分析了基于村镇银行的西部物流金融发展的可行性,并结合具体情况,提出基于村镇银行的西部物流金融运作的4种具体模式:结算型的村镇银行垫付货款模式,监管型的仓单质押模式、存货质押模式、保兑仓模式。
The feasibility of the western logistics financial development based on the rural bank was analyzed,and combined with the specific situation,four specific patterns of the western logistics financial operations based on the rural bank were proposed,namely settlement rural bank advanced loan mode,regulatory warehouse receipt mode,inventory mode and confirmation warehouse mode.
