摘要
应用数码相机获取马铃薯冠层图像,分析不同供氮水平下马铃薯冠层图像数字化指标与土壤无机氮(Nmin)、植株氮素营养指标(叶柄硝酸盐浓度、叶绿素仪读数、植株全氮含量、叶片全氮含量)的关系。结果表明,马铃薯冠层图像绿光与蓝光比值G/B是最适宜作为马铃薯氮素营养诊断的数字化指标;建立了评价马铃薯氮素营养丰缺的冠层图像数字化指标G/B的量化标准和氮肥推荐量。
The pictures of potato canopy were obtained with a digital camera.The relationship of potato canopy image digital index with soil inorganic nitrogen and plant N element nutrition index(petiole nitrate concentration,chlorophyll instrument reading,plant total N content,leaf total N content) under different N level were analyzed.The results showed that G/B is the most suitable digital index for diagnosis of potato N element;the G/B quantitative standard and N recommend amount were established.
