摘要
通过对保障能力构成要素进行分解,明确保障能力的构建思路,包括组织指挥能力、快速应急机动能力、防疫防护能力、医疗综合能力、现(战)场环境适应能力、政治工作能力、安全风险规避能力和医疗救护所(队)信息化能力、医疗救护能力、宣传总结能力等10个方面,探索出一套适合于新时期条件下武警医院机动卫勤保障能力建设体系。
By analyzing the elements of medical service support capability and defining the composition of protective ability including the organization and command capabilities,rapid response mobility,diseases protection,medical and rescue capabilities,and the battlefield environment adaptability,the wartime politics ability,risk aversion and information capabilities,medical integration capacity,propaganda and summary capabilities,the armed police force hospital mobile medical support capability construction system applying it in the new ear were established.
