摘要
目的探讨HIV感染患者的手术期护理配合技巧及其临床意义。方法本文报道了12例合并HIV感染产妇在进行剖腹取胎术中的护理配合,对患者的手术期的护理主要是做好手术前的准备、人员器械的准备、用物的处理、关爱产妇以及护士的职业防护。结果对12例HIV感染产妇的手术取得了成功。结论 HIV感染患者的手术期护理要有一定技巧,并且护理人员要注意自我防护。
Objective To investigate HIV-infected patients with surgical nursing techniques and their clinical significance.Methods This paper reports 12 cases of combined maternal HIV infection during abdominal surgery to take child care co-operative phase of patient care is mainly prepared to ask good surgical personnel to prepare equipment,using materials handling,maternal care,as well as nurses occupational protection.Results 12 cases of HIV infection in the mother＇s surgery was a success.Conclusion HIV-infected patients to have a certain surgical nursing skills,and nursing staff should pay attention to self-protection.
