摘要
目的观察明目地黄汤加减治疗视网膜色素变性肝肾阴虚型的疗效。方法 42例82眼视网膜色素变性患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组给予明目地黄汤加减治疗,对照组给予口服叶黄素和维生素A治疗。结果治疗后,患者在视力和视野方面有明显的改善,治疗组在视力和视野方面的疗效总有效率达到80.48%和78.04%与对照组的24.39%和26.83%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医以扶正祛邪的治疗原则,采用明目地黄汤加减治疗视网膜色素变性,取得了满意的临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe and to clear the hope for retinal pigment kidney Yin deficiency degeneration type curative effect.Methods 83 eyes of 42 patients with retinal pigment degeneration patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,the treatment group give clear hope to add and subtract in treatment group give oral lutein and vitamin A treatment.Results After treatment,and patients in vision and vision has obvious improvement,the treatment group in the vision and view of the effect of the total effective rate was 80.5% and 77.2% and 24.18% in control group and 25.28% compared with a significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to foster the principle,the clear hope to add and subtract retinal pigment degeneration treatment,has obtained the satisfactory clinical curative effect,is worthy to be popularized.
