摘要
目的探讨以夫妻为中心的延续护理模式对全子宫切除术后患者性生活质量的影响。方法采取便利取样法将2009年9月1日—2010年9月30日行全子宫切除术后出院的67例患者分组,对照组按出院患者的常规护理;观察组采用以夫妻为中心,以电话、回院复查面谈为主的延续护理模式。结果术前两组患者性生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院后观察组患者的性生活质量较对照组高:包括性高潮、性生活满意率较高,性交痛和阴道干涩等不良反应较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以夫妻为中心的延续护理模式有利于患者夫妻双方掌握术后性生活的相关知识和技巧,调整心态,减轻性生活时的紧张情绪和担心等,有助于提高全子宫切除术后患者夫妻性生活质量,促进患者身心键康。
Objective To compare the effects of different nursing methods on quality of sexual life of patients after hysterectomy. Methods With convenience samphng, 67 patients discharged after hysterectomy from September 2009 to September 2010 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine care was carried out in control group, while in observation group, the extended nursing model centering on husband and wife was applied, which was performed mainly by telephone review and hospital review. Results Quality of sexual life of preoperative patients was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） while after discharge, quality of sexual life of patients in observation group were higher than that of cases in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extended-nursing model centering on husband and wife is effective for patients to know more sex-related knowledge and skills and it can help to improve the quality of sexual life of patients after hysterectomy, and eventually promote their health.
