摘要
目的深入了解我国三级甲等医院对内镜清洗消毒质量控制的实施及存在问题,为建立标准化内镜清洗消毒质量控制体系提供依据。方法采用质性研究中类属分析的方法,对10名消化内镜中心的护士长进行面对面访谈。结果我国内镜清洗消毒质量控制存在的主要问题有:清洗消毒员缺乏规范化培训,缺乏清洗消毒流程的监控管理,消毒质量评价标准的不统一及不可靠性,缺乏消毒失效模式的分析4个方面。结论为提高内镜清洗消毒质量及其质量控制水平,防止发生医院感染,需要建立完善、统一的内镜清洗消毒质量控制体系。
Objective To understand the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope and to provide basis for establishing standardized quality control system of endoscope disinfection. Methods Category analysis was carried out to interview 10 head nurses from different gastrointestinal endoscope centers of Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospitals. Results The existing problems were mainly as follows： lack of standardized training; insufficient procedure control and management of cleaning and disinfection; inconsistent and unreliable evaluation criterion for the effects of cleaning and disinfection; deficient analysis on the failure of disinfection invalidation mode. Conclusion In order to improve the cleaning quality and quality control and to prevent hospital infection, a complete and uniform quality control system needs to be established.
