摘要
1 概述计算机科学是一门学科吗?是“工科”还是“理科”?何谓这个学科的精髓?计算学科的核心课程能准确反映这个领域吗?在计算机课程中如何做到理论与实践相结合?这些核心课程是否能培养学生的计算机能力?程序设计是否等于计算科学?程序设计在计算学科中的地位如何?以Internet为代表的网络技术的迅猛发展对计算教育带来了什么样的影响?未来计算学科发展的趋势是什么?
This paper proposes the basic concepts of philosophy of computing education, and analyzes the relationship between the discipline and computing education. The paper considers that there are three fundamental tasks in this discipline. First, some of its basic questions should be answered by giving the explanation in philosophic view. Second, some of historical and modern debates should be analyzed and evaluated. And third, According to the requirement of development of computing education, the new problem should be solved, and the new trends for future computing education should be predicted. Furthermore, the paper gives the basic contents of the three tasks, and presents a new idea for computing education.
