高敏C反应蛋白和冠心病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)是一种严重危害人体健康的疾病。随着人们生活水平的提高,冠心病发病率呈逐年增高的趋势,且呈发病年龄呈下降的趋势,是一种严重威协人类健康的疾病,其发病率和死亡率居各病种首位.冠心病(CHD)是一种常见的心血管疾病,其病理基础是动脉粥样硬化。炎症在动脉粥样硬化的发生,发展过程中起重要作用。Hs-CRP是一种急性时相反应蛋白,在炎症时会急剧升高,随着炎症的消失会恢复正常,可用以评价活动性炎症性疾病。研究显示hs-CRP可作为亚健康人群发生冠心病危险的一个重要预报因子,也是冠心病患者病情恶化及恢复的预报因子.本文探讨了血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)在冠心病患者中的变化及其临床意义。
