摘要
假定市场需求及竞争状态不变,技术能力相当的情景下,充分考虑资金和团队、工作时间等关键因素,利用DEA模型,给出了对不同出资比例、不同团队构成、不同工作时间情况下项目绩效有效性评价。运用该方法,网络创业者既可以确定最佳生产要素的组合,还可以确定对现有出资比例、团队构成、工作时间等的调整方案,为使网站创业项目达到投入与产出的最有效状态提供决策支持。
It is assumed that the market demand , competition and technological capabilities equivalent unchanging, taking full account of capital and the team, working hours and other key factors, the DEA model is used that gives effectiveness of performance evaluation with the proportion of different funding, different team composition, different working time. Using this method, the networker can decide the best combination of production, adjust the proportion of existing fundin,team composition, working time in order to achieve the most effective input and output.
