摘要
通过对双面金属包覆介质波导色散方程的微扰近似,得到当波导层为亚毫米量级时有N→0超高阶导模与偏振无关的特性.并定义了灵敏度,同时得到了灵敏度与有效折射率、厚度、波长和介电常数的关系,当有效折射率趋于零时,超高阶导模具有极高的灵敏度.
By applying the perturbation approximation method to the dispersion equation of Double Metal-cladding medium waveguide,the characteristics that the ultra-high order guided mode under N→0 is unrelated to its polarization can be obtained when the thickness of wave-guided layer is of the order of sub-millimeter.Then the sensitivity of waveguide was defined,and got its relationship with effective index,thickness,wavelength and dielectric constant.When the effective index approaches to zero,the ultrahigh-order modes will have a super high sensitivity.
