高效变频电动机在水箱拉丝机中的应用

摘要 钢帘线生产过程中使用很多水箱拉丝机,其驱动电动机通常采用普通变频电动机,工作时消耗大量电能。高效变频电动机采用粗直径绕组、优质硅钢片、进口轴承及专用润滑油,并减小风扇外径,实现节能降耗。使用高效变频电动机后,水箱拉丝机整机运行电流降低,效率提高,电动机温度降低还可延长使用寿命。以钢丝从1.327mm拉拔至0.22 mm为例,拉丝速度为12.72 m/s时,采用高效变频电动机后整机平均电流由16.05 A降低到15.40 A,效率提升4%。年产1万t钢帘线可节约电费26.82万元,大大提高企业竞争力。 Many wet wire drawing machine are used in steel cord production, the driving motors are always common fre- quency motors, a lot electric energy was consumed at working. The high efficiency frequency motor adopts large diameter winding, high quality silicon steel sheet, importing bearing and special lubricant, and reduces outer diameter of fan to re- alize energy saving and consumption reducing. After using high efficiency frequency motor, the current of wet wire drawing machine reduce, the efficiency rise, at the same time the temperature reducing of motor can prolong motor' s service life. Taking drawing diameter 1. 327 mm to 0.22 mm steel wire for example, the current reduce from 16. 05 A to 15.40 A after adopting high efficiency frequency motor as wire drawing speed is 12.72 m/s, the efficiency rise by 4%. It can save 268 200 Yuan RMB electric power charges to produce 10 kt steel cord, which can raise enterprise competitive strength greatly.
