摘要
双酚A与环氧乙烷在催化剂作用下合成羟乙基化双酚A,通过对催化剂的筛选以及溶剂和环氧乙烷用量的选择,得出了制备羟乙基化双酚A的最佳合成工艺,双酚A与环氧乙烷的物质的量比为1∶2.03,溶剂A与双酚A的重量比为1∶1,催化剂有机胺A用量为双酚A的0.5%时,羟乙基化双酚A含量最高为99.65%,羟乙基化双酚A铂一钴比色为小于50号。
The hydroxyethyl bisphenol A was synthesized by double phenol A and ethylene oxide in the presence of catalyst.Through the selection of catalyst and the dosage choice of solvent and epoxy ethane,the best technological conditiongs of reparation for hydroxyethyl bisphenol A were determined:the molar ratio of double phenol A and ethylene oxide was 1∶2.03,The weight ratio of solvent A and bisphenol A is 1∶1,The dosage of organic amine catalyst for bisphenol A was 0.5%.The highest content hydroxyethyl bisphenol A was 99.65%,and the platinum-cobalt color was less than 50 mgpt/l.
