摘要
对可挠曲双球橡胶接头的冲击刚度、阻尼进行冲击试验研究。试验装置为两个接头和中间质量组成的组件,试验在跌落式冲击机上进行。根据试验结果,利用多项式刚度和阻尼的两端固置等效梁力学模型队接头的冲击刚度、阻尼进行辨识,并以计算值和试验值的最小平方残差进作为优化目标,采用响应面及模拟退火算法进行最优辨识。结果表明,可挠曲双球橡胶接头的冲击刚度在压力提高后有明显的硬化效应;同时冲击强度越高,管接头的刚度降低,具有明显的软特性。
The transverse impact characteristics of a flexible rubber pipe joint are studied. A pair of joints assembled end-to-end with an inserted middle mass was tested in a drop shock testing machine. Based on the test results, an equivalent beam model with fixed-ends and polynomial varying stiffness and damping was applied to predict the transverse impact response and identify the nonlinear impact parameters. The least square residual between the computed and tested results was chosen as the target to perform the identification optimization. The results show that the equivalent bending stiffness of the flexible rubber pipe joint gradually decreases with the increasing of the transverse deformation and is greatly influenced by its internal working pressure.
