摘要
临沭县针对基层土地违法行为,建立起发现、报告、制止、查处、消除、问责的"六位一体"的执法监察长效工作机制。通过改革执法监察体制,壮大执法监察队伍,增强执法监察科技含量,完善执法监察长效机制,切实解决国土资源基层土地违法案件发现难、制止难、查处难的问题,为加强国土资源执法监察工作提供参考。
Pointing to the origins of illegal land use in base in Linshu county,a new supervision mechanism named ＂Six in One＂ has been established,they are discovery,reporting,restraint,investigate,eliminate and accountability.Through the reform of law enforcement supervision system,law enforcement and supervision teams have been depended,scientific and technical content of law enforcement has been strengthened,and long-term law enforcement to monitoring mechanism has been improved.It will effectively resolve the difficult problems in finding,prohibiting and conducting illegal use of land and resources.It will provide references for strengthening law enforcement work of land and resources.
