摘要
创新设计了一种机械结构简单、通流能力强、精度高的机械自力式恒流量控制阀。采用RNGk-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法对不同阀芯位移进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果对模型进行优化。利用自行搭建的高精度数据采样实验平台对设计的恒流量控制阀进行实验研究,实验验证该恒流量控制阀能通过线性弹簧实现高精度恒流量控制功能。
Innovatively designs a mechanical self-adjustment flow control valve model with simple mechanical structure, large flow rate and high control precision, and then numerically simulates this valve with RNGk - ε turbulence model and SIMPLE method of unstructured grid under different valve core displacement, optimize the designed curve of this valve core by the outcome of pressure & valve core displacement curve of the control valve. The paper experiments the constant flow control valve model, and gains a flow rate & pressure curve of the product model, which shows it is feasible that using a linear spring to achieve a constant flow rate of the valve with high precision capability.
