摘要
针对沭新河北船闸的工程实例,借助三维有限元分析软件MSC.MARC对船闸上下闸首及闸室建立有限元模型,考虑船闸在运行期中的各种工况,对船闸结构应力进行分析,得出船闸上、下闸首及闸室结构的应力分布情况,并对部分结构进行承载能力分析,从而对船闸的工作性态进行评价。实例分析表明,运用三维有限元分析能适应该船闸的复杂结构和受力特点,相对传统计算而言提高对该工程的计算效率和计算精度,且分析结果能较直观、精确反映该建筑物整体强度状况。
Aimed at the engineering example of Shuxinhe's north ship lock and with the help of 3D finite element analysis software MSC.MARC,the models are set up to analyze the stress status of different ship lock structures under different operating conditions and obtain the stress distribution of the different ship lock structures.Then,the analysis on carrying capacity is made for part of the structure and the workability state of the ship lock is evaluated.The example analysis shows that 3D finite element analysis could adapt to the complex structures and stressing characteristics of the ship lock,and could improve the computational efficiency and accuracy of the project compared with the traditional calculation,at the same time,the analysis result could reflect the overall strength of the building more intuitively and precisely.
