摘要
目的探讨同时埋置多个皮肤软组织扩张器(简称扩张器)治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的效果。方法大面积瘢痕性秃发患者同时采用多个扩张器置入进行扩张,扩张结束后皮瓣修复秃发区。结果本组11例均消除瘢痕性秃发,术后头发生长良好,扩张后毛发较前略稀疏,但并不影响外观。结论同时埋置多个扩张器是目前治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of multiple soft tissue expanders in treatment of large cicatrical baldness. Methods Multiple soft tissue expanders were put under the normal skin of scalp,expanded scalp was utilized to repair the cicatrical bald- ness. Results Eleven patients acquired the scalp reconstruction, although the hair density decreased than ever, the effect was still satisfied. Conclusion Embedding mutiple expanders is an ideal method for repairing large cicatrical baldness.
