摘要
目的探讨膀胱尿道悬吊术(Burch术)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果。方法 2001年7月—2010年1月我院共收治女性压力性尿失禁患者56例,均采用膀胱尿道悬吊术,采用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分评估术前、术后3～(个月)、12～24个月患者症状和QOL的变化。结果 56例膀胱尿道悬吊术后治愈34例(60.7%),改善20例(35.7%),总有效率96.4%。术后3～(个月)、12～24个月患者症状和QOL较术前均明显改善(P<0.05)。而患者术后3～(个月)与术后12～24个月症状和QOL无进一步变化(P>0.05)。结论膀胱尿道悬吊术是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法,术后患者排尿症状和QOL明显改善,无须特殊材料和器械,费用低,适合基层医院推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of sling operation on urethra and bladder for female stress incontinence. Methods 56 female patients with stress incontinence underwent sling operation of the urethra and bladder from July 2001 to January 2010. Symptoms and QOL of these cases were assessed before operation and after operation in 3 to 12 months or 12 to 24 months respectively by using ICI- Q- SF. Results Of 56 patients, 34 cases （60.7%） were cured and 20 cases （35.7%） improved. The symptoms and QOL was improved significantly after operation in 3 to 12 months and 12 to 24 months than before operation（P〈0.05）. There wasn＇t significant difference between 3 to 12 months and 12 to 24 months after operation （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Sling operation on urethra and bladder is one effective method for female stress incontinence. The symptoms and QOL is improved significantly after operation. The operation doesn＇t need any special materials and instruments, it is suitable for those basic level hospitals with a low cost.
