颈后路椎弓根钉棒短节段内固定治疗寰枢椎骨折脱位12例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究颈后路短节段椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗上颈椎骨折脱位的临床价值。方法:对12例寰枢椎骨折脱位、寰枢关节不稳定的患者进行颈后路短节段椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗。其中有2例患者寰枢椎脱位,10例患者枢椎突粉碎骨折。结果:本组12例随访6~24个月,平均15.6个月,均获得了满意康复。无神经脊髓损伤、椎动脉损伤或螺钉松动断裂的病例。结论:经后路颈短节段椎弓根钉棒系统固定提供可靠三柱生物力学稳定性,固定效果切实,可作为上颈椎疾病内固定优先选择方法。
