摘要
为了提高生球及成品球质量,用印度膨润土替代国内常规膨润土,进行实验室试验以及投笼试验。结果表明,印度膨润土的吸水率明显高于国内膨润土,印度膨润土配比为1.0%时,生球质量与国内膨润土配比为1.5%时的相当,印度膨润土配比可低于国内膨润土配比0.5%,对生球质量无不利影响,可提高成品球铁品位。
In order to improve the quality of green ball and finished pellet, laboratory experiment and cast cage experiment were made using Indian bentonite to replace domestic bentonte. The results show that the water absorbency of Indian bentonite is obviously higher than that of domestic bentonite. The quality of green ball with adding 1.0 % Indian bentonite is equivalent to the green ball with adding 1.5 % domestic bentonite. The proportion of Indian bentonite can be lower than domestic bentonite by 0. 5 % without negative effect on green ball quality and can increase the iron content of pellet.
