摘要
提出动态微分进化算法(MDDE)并将其应用于匹配追踪.采用磁致伸缩导波检测仪器对含有不同尺寸缺陷的钢管进行检测,利用匹配追踪方法对检测信号进行处理,结果发现从处理后的信号中能够方便地识别缺陷信号.计算了匹配所得的导波信号剩余量的均方值,绘制了剩余信号的均方值下降趋势曲线,根据均方值曲线的不同来判别管道缺陷的大小,实现钢管缺陷大小定量化.
The modified dyna matching pursuit (MP) meth mic differential evolution (MDDE) algorithm was proposed and used in od. Steel pipes with different size defects were tested by guided wave instrument based on the magnetostrictive effect. The measured signals were decomposed by MP with MDDE. The result shows that the defect signal is easy to recognize. The average square root of residual signals after each MP iteration was calculated and the curves were plotted. The defect size can be estimated from the decline trend of the curves, and then the defect sizes of steel pipes can be quantitatively identified.
