摘要
利用超临界水氧化与非色散红外法相结合的连续式实验装置,对邻苯二甲酸氢钾水溶液的总有机碳含量进行连续检测,研究了温度、氧化剂浓度等对检测结果的影响.研究表明,红外检测信号与水样中的总有机碳浓度具有良好的线性关系;升高温度有利于提高TOC的转化率,在460℃以上时有机物彻底氧化;增加氧化剂用量也会使TOC的转化率增加,在氧化剂为10倍量(化学计量比1∶1为1倍)时能把溶液中的有机物彻底氧化.
A supercriticat water oxidation~ (SCWO) and nondispersive infrared sensor (NDIR) combined continuous-flow reactor is used to detect the total organic carbon (TOC) of potassium acid phthalate solution. The influences of temperature and concentration of oxidant on the detection results are also studied. The conversion of TOC has increased with temperature and kept stable at 460 ~C. The increase of concentration of oxidant has also facilitated the conversion of TO(2 and stable at 10 multiple.
