横结肠原发多形性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤/未分化高级别多形性肉瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女性,45岁,因反复左下腹部疼痛4个月加重4天,大便次数增多2个月余入九江学院附属医院检查。B超示左中腹部近脾肾间隙外侧可探及一大小9 cm×6 cm×5 cm的不均质回声团,边界清晰,形态规则,呈假肾征改变。CT示升结肠和横结肠管腔扩大,管壁见增厚,周围脏器未见异常。结肠镜检查示横结肠近端（左半结肠）区见3.0 cm×2.5 cm大小球状肿瘤（图1）表面糜烂并附着粪渣,质硬,弹性差,稍可移动,可见少许半新鲜血迹。
