摘要
目的:结合实际情况,研究常德市区域卫生信息化建设存在的问题和解决方案。方法:分析常德市当前区域卫生信息化现状,面向卫生信息资源,以居民电子健康档案为中心,进行统筹规划、整体管理、协同服务。结果:建立"快速、高效、共享"的基于居民电子健康档案的区域卫生信息平台。结论:利用信息手段,推进常德市卫生事业发展,建立完善的现代区域卫生服务体系。
Objective：the actual situation,study the problems of Changde City,the regional health information construction and solutions. Methods：Changde City,the regional health information of the status quo-oriented health information resources, residents of electronic health records,an overall plan for the overall management and collaborative service.Results：＂Fast,efficient,shared＂ regional health information platform based on the residents electronic health records. Conclusion：The use of information tools to promote the health development in Changde City,the establishment of a modern regional health service system.
